Delete your khtwa account

This page explains how to delete your account in khtwa, the calorie-tracking app operated by Khtwa App (see “Who we are” in our privacy policy). You can delete your account and the data linked to it at any time.

1In the app (fastest)

Open khtwa → Profile → Settings → Delete account, then confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

2Without the app

Email hello@khtwa.app with the subject “Delete my account”. Tell us the email address you signed in with (Google or Apple). If you never signed in with Google or Apple, tell us roughly when you started using khtwa and on which phone, and we’ll work with you to find the account. We confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days.

3What is deleted

Your account and everything linked to it: your profile (body details, goals, language and country), your food log, weigh-ins, workouts, water entries, reports, and your notification and app settings.

4What we keep, and for how long

• A minimal audit record (an account-deleted timestamp and aggregate counts) may be retained for up to 90 days for fraud-prevention and compliance purposes.
• IP addresses in server logs: typically retained 7–30 days by our hosting provider.
• Backups: deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before being overwritten.

5Good to know

• Removing the app from your phone does not delete your account.
• Data in Apple Health or Health Connect stays on your phone; manage it there.

حذف حسابك في خطوة

تشرح هذه الصفحة كيفية حذف حسابك في خطوة، تطبيق تتبّع السعرات الذي تشغّله Khtwa App (راجع «من نحن» في سياسة الخصوصية). يمكنك حذف حسابك والبيانات المرتبطة به في أي وقت.

١من داخل التطبيق (الأسرع)

افتح خطوة ← الملف الشخصي ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب، ثم أكّد. يُحذف حسابك فورًا.

٢دون التطبيق

راسلنا على hello@khtwa.app بعنوان «احذف حسابي». أخبرنا بالبريد الإلكتروني الذي سجّلت الدخول به (Google أو Apple). إن لم تسجّل الدخول بـGoogle أو Apple، أخبرنا تقريبًا متى بدأت استخدام خطوة وعلى أي هاتف، وسنساعدك في العثور على الحساب. نؤكد ذلك بالبريد الإلكتروني ونحذف الحساب خلال 30 يومًا.

٣ما الذي يُحذف

حسابك وكل ما يرتبط به: ملفك الشخصي (بيانات الجسم والأهداف واللغة والبلد)، وسجل طعامك، وأوزانك، وتمارينك، وكميات الماء، وتقاريرك، وإعدادات الإشعارات والتطبيق.

٤ما الذي نحتفظ به، ولأي مدة

• قد يُحتفظ بسجل تدقيق بسيط (طابع زمني لحذف الحساب وعدد إجمالي) لمدة تصل إلى 90 يومًا لأغراض منع الاحتيال والامتثال.
• عناوين IP في سجلات الخادم: تحتفظ بها منصة الاستضافة عادةً لمدة 7–30 يومًا.
• النسخ الاحتياطية: قد تستمر البيانات المحذوفة في النسخ الاحتياطية المشفرة لمدة تصل إلى 30 يومًا قبل الكتابة فوقها.

٥معلومات مفيدة

• حذف التطبيق من هاتفك لا يحذف حسابك.
• تبقى البيانات في Apple Health أو Health Connect على هاتفك؛ يمكنك إدارتها من هناك.
